If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, I am here to help.


You have 30 (for courses only) calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. If you are working with me as a service provider, all of this will be privately shared with you on the proposal.

To be eligible for a return, you must send us a request and a valid reason for the return / refund/

We will need your name, email and purchase information. Once the refund is completed your account and all the information related to you will be deleted.

All the refunds will be done directly to your card. So you must be able to accept payments on the same card you used to purchase a course, template or other digital assets on this website. Once this is done, we will immediately notify you letting you know it has been completed.

Please give us between 5 – 7 business days to complete this.


This website does not sell any physical items. So if you are looking for a refund on something that was physically shipped to you, please verify the company who sent it to you.
